4.3 玻璃管 (Glass Tube) 管體本體無(wú)破裂、缺損等現(xiàn)象，玻璃管產(chǎn)品須透明易辨其內(nèi)部的可熔體。 The tube shall have no defects such as crack, injury and contamination. For glass tube, transparent glass in which the melting wire is clear and perceptible. 

4.4 銅帽(Brass caps) 銅帽應(yīng)焊接牢固，以保證在未損壞熔斷體時(shí)，銅帽不能被卸脫。銅帽表面鍍層應(yīng) 結(jié)實(shí)，端帽兩端均可承受大小至少為 5N、保持 1min 的軸向拉力。 The cap should be firmly attached so that it is not possible to remove them without damaging the fuse itself. The plated material should be firm. Each of the cap should be bear an axial pull of 5N for 1min. 

4.5 焊點(diǎn)(Soldering joint) 焊接銅帽端時(shí)，殘留的助焊劑及焊錫等異物不應(yīng)超出銅帽口和沾附在保險(xiǎn)管外表 面。 Soldering joint in end cap shall not melt during normal operation and shall not have solder clips on the tube, element in view and outer surface of caps. 

4.6 引腳(Lead) 保險(xiǎn)管引腳應(yīng)鉚接牢固，作如下測(cè)試時(shí)，保險(xiǎn)管引腳不應(yīng)有松動(dòng)或損壞： The fuse-links lead should be firmly attached, At the conclusion of testing, the fuse-links lead shall remain firmly attached: １） 拉力測(cè)試：固定保險(xiǎn)管本體，對(duì)引腳施加 10N 的軸向拉力 1min。 Tensile: the force applied shall be 10N ２） 推力測(cè)試：固定保險(xiǎn)管本體，對(duì)引腳施加 2N 的軸向推力 1min。 Thrust: the force applied shall be 2N ３） 彎折測(cè)試：距離銅帽約 2mm 的地方將引腳彎折 90°一次，并且施加 5N 的 拉力。 Bending: the force applied shall be 5N and the number of bends shall be one。

5．機(jī)械特性（Mechanical characteristics） 保險(xiǎn)絲應(yīng)能承受下列試驗(yàn)： Fuses should endure both of the following tests： 

5.1 扭力試驗(yàn)：固定保險(xiǎn)絲的一端銅帽，然后在另一端銅帽上順時(shí)針和逆時(shí)針?lè)较?nbsp;上順序施加 100g.cm 力矩，兩端銅帽不應(yīng)松動(dòng)，管體也不應(yīng)破碎。 Wresting test：Fixed one cap of the fuse，applied 100g.cm of torsion power in clockwise and counter-clockwise on the other cap, as a result, the tube shall be no damage and the cap should be no loosening. 

5.2 拉力試驗(yàn)：固定保險(xiǎn)絲的一端銅帽，然后在另一端銅帽上，沿水平軸方向施加 10N 的拉力 1min，兩端銅帽不應(yīng)松動(dòng)且管體不應(yīng)破碎。 Pulling test: Fixed one cap of the fuse，applied level pull force of 5N to the other cap for 1 minute, there shall be no damage with the tube and no loosening with the caps and the pigtails. 

5.3 管子強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)：兩端銅帽固定好后，在管體的中心位置施加 10N 的壓力，管體 不應(yīng)破碎。 Stress test: Fixed two caps of the fuse，applied the stress of 10N to the tube center , there shall be no damage with the tube . 

6．電氣特性（Electrical performance） 

6.1 測(cè)試條件（Testing Ambient） 測(cè)試條件都應(yīng)在下列大氣條件下進(jìn)行： All tests should be carried out under the following conditions： -溫度（Surrounding temperature）：15℃～35℃; -相對(duì)濕度（Relative humidity）：45%～75%； -大氣壓力（Atmosphere pressure）：8.6x10 4 Pa～1.06x10 5

6.2 時(shí)間/電流特性（Time-current Characteristic）

6.3 分?jǐn)嗄芰?Breaking capacity) 1）200A @250V AC。 Breaking capacity:200A @250V AC. 2）每一次測(cè)試，保險(xiǎn)管能安全動(dòng)作，不能出現(xiàn)以下現(xiàn)象： In each of the tests, the fuse-link shall operate satisfactorily without any of the following phenomena: -持續(xù)電弧; -permanent arcing; -引燃; -ignition; -保險(xiǎn)管**; -Bursting of the fuse-link. 注意：顏色改變不認(rèn)為是不合格.

6.4 耐久性試驗(yàn)(Endurance test) 1）對(duì)保險(xiǎn)絲通過(guò) 1.2 倍額定電流 1 小時(shí)，然后切斷 15 分鐘，重復(fù)此循環(huán) 100 次。 A current 1 In is passed through the fuse-link for a period of 1h.The current is then switched off for a period of 15 min.The cycle is repeated 100 times. 2）然后對(duì)熔斷體通以 1.5 倍額定電流 30 分鐘。 A current 1.5In is then passed through the fuse-link for 30 minutes. 3）測(cè)量熔斷體兩端的電壓降，試驗(yàn)后，熔斷體兩端的電壓降的增大量不大于 試驗(yàn)前測(cè)得值的 10%。 Finally,the voltage drop across the fuse-link is measured.The voltage drop across the fuse-link after the test shall not have increased by more than 10% of the value measured before the test. 4）試驗(yàn)后，標(biāo)記仍應(yīng)清晰可辨，而且諸如端帽上的焊點(diǎn)不應(yīng)出現(xiàn)任何明顯的 劣變。 After the test,the marking shall still be legible and soldered joints on end caps,for example,shall not show and appreciable
